Ho chiesto conferma del link (del forum della Privateer Press) dove dicevano che la carica è un "special attack" e:

Special attacks are and attack that has the "*Attack" next to it in the rules or any power attacks that warjacks and warbeasts can perform (Power Attacks include slam, trample, throws, and a few others).
A charge attack is not a special attack, so a model can still charge if hit by a Hex Bolt.
Quindi sono gli attacchi con la stella e i power attack di 'jack & bestie.
